We have a user who is asking: "How can I link KM articles to tickets or CI or locations to better improve our knowledge transfer between teams or ourselves?" Does anyone have any suggestions?

Hi @matthewwats
In kb_knowledge table, OOB , cmdb_ci field is there. Add that into the Knowledge form.
