Link Multiple Facebook Pages to ServiceNow

Hi, we have a client who has multiple Facebook Pages for their business and wants to use the conversational messaging from Facebook Messenger.

 

For now, only one of the pages would need to be integrated in ServiceNow. However, when they want to link other Facebook pages to ServiceNow, would that work? If so, can anyone share their experiences? Thank you!

sorry, it's pretty confusing! First you talk about Facebook pages then mention Facebook Messenger. And it's not clear which application should integrate what and how!

hey @Maik Skoddow , every facebook page would allow customers to chat with the page (aka the store owner) via facebook messenger app, right?

 

I think I've further summarized the requirement in the last paragraph that I would like to integrate multiple facebook pages with ServiceNow. Do you have any experience on this?
