Link to a specific page in Portal Header

Guys I want to create a link in our Portal page to a specific URL.

I want to add something like "Closed Requests/Incidents" and the URL will be a specific URL in our Service Portal.

I want to add it in the header, maybe after the "Requests" that show and hide based on if you have any Request open:

Go to your portal record, and then click on your main menu record (i icon).

There you have your items as related list. Just add yours with the highest order.
