List chart is not supported in Service Portal widgets

Using the report widget and adding a list report I get "List chart is not supported in Service Portal widgets. Please use Simple List widget instead"

I'm looking at the Simple List Widget and I don't want it to look like this:

I want it to look like a regular list.  Here are the widget details (but this is coming from a portal widget newbie like myself).

How can I get it to look like a report list version?
