List choice dependent on choice field

Hi,

 I have a requirement where "region" field is a "choice" and has 4 values, and another field as "store" which has to be multi select, hence I had it as "list". I have created choices for store field. How can make the store field dependent on region.

I have tried with dependent value but it works only when the form is saved.

  Please help me with the solution

I'm trying to understand your setup to mock this up in my PDI so I can see what is happening.  Is the List table for store sys_choice?  Do you have a reference qualifier or Choice list?  If you could post screenshots of how each field is configured, that will help.

When the region is "us" the store1, store 2 should be visible in the drop down. And the store field should be multi select
