List Collector behaviour in RITM

Hi! I'm having issues trying to figure it out how to have the same view to all users in RITM over the List Collector variable.

This is the normal behaviour:

This is what other users see:

I want the normal view with the details under the box, can you guys help me with this? Thank you 🙂

are you saying other users are not able to see the details under the box?

Can you share more clear screenshot for the other users what they see?

I can't show you much more. But yes that's it! Some users just see a box with names anda not the info below the list collector

possibly those users don't have read access to those fields which are shown in below

That's not possible, because in other variables in this instance they have the normal behaviour. I deactivated all ui policies and client script over this field and the behaviour is still the same
