Hello!
I have a catalog item that contains a list collector variable. The reference qualifier works (displays the search results) in the catalog item view but does not display in the RITM and SCTASK records. Why is this happening?
The client requirement is to only show the list collector variable in the SCTASK.
Please help!

it should work, what exactly have you done ? can you add some screenshot ?
did you try to set simple filter condition on your list collector , and checked if that is working or not ?

I simply create a list collector field and added the filter assigned_to = sysid of the assignee.
No UI Policy or Client Script was created using the list collector.

I've figured it out. We have a custom script that sets all fields to read-only in the variables tab in RITM and SCTASK .
