Is there a way to get the list of users who logged into IRM (Integrated Risk Management) tables and have license?

I doubt you will get information about this as licensing info is with company's ServiceNow account representative

Thank you very much @Ankur Bawiskar. It is helpful. However, we have more than 2 CR records in Dev. I am not sure about Prod how many we have since I don't have access. Can we create report without any performance issue?
