List view PopUp open at bottom of browser.

I have an issue that appears every so often.

While in list view, the field edit popup will open in strange areas.

So, instead of opening right in the field, the popup may appear at the bottom of the list view, open 

 instead of like this 

I've even seen it open in a Double Size, where the Check or X icons are at the top, followed by 3 empty lines, then the input box at the bottom.

This happens randomly and I'm not finding where this is controlled, or if this is a browser setting.

Has any one every encountered this and know a solution?

Hello, my instance has the build tag glide-vancouver-07-06-2023__patch9-hotfix2-06-11-2024 patch.

and I am also experiencing this issue. what should I do to fix this issue? is it possible to manually change the patch?

Agreed we are on patch 9 and also Washington patch 6 and the issue still occurs so doesn't look like they actually fixed it.
