We have a requirement where our list view should be in a fixed sorting when clicking the module to the asset task table. It was achieved, but I noticed a strange behavior.
When one filter condition is being removed from the breadcrumbs, the sorting disappears. Is this a normal behavior?
How can I make the sorting as constant or fixed state?

Hello @paulmagaling
If you can re-share the screenshots and paste the arguments, then it will be helpful to understand this scenario better.
Hope that helps!

Hello @paulmagaling
To me it seems like you have identified a ServiceNow limitation as probably when you remove the breadcrumb or modify the filter int he list view and hit run, the url takes away the sorting (you can capture the URL before and after).
So, I believe you should reach out to ServiceNow via HI Case.
See this if it is to be of any help: https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0868617
Hope that helps!

ahoy @paulmagaling,
I am not sure I understand your question as the attached images are impossible to read recently (I believe it's not your fault, you can check other author's screenshots, they are all blurred and unreadable)
However for sorting, there's a button called "Add Sort" which adds the chance of sorting:
Also, some lists might have it predefined some requires clicking this button.
Let me know if that's what you were looking for
