Hello,
I have a requirement to populate "Send Feedback" button in Portal using 'Listening Post' plugin. I have tried in PDI which is working well but I want to customize it, How can I do that?
When I'm trying to edit/enhance something it's showing error "you can't edit in published survey". Also I can't edit the questions.
Kindly help me that how can I edit/customize the published survey.

Regards,
Atanu Maity

@atanumaity22996 I had faced similar issue and raised case with ServiceNow. They confirmed that we cannot edit those OOB voluntary feedback survey questions. Its a limitation for Listening post application.

Hello!
I haven't done this myself, but if you're only looking for the voluntary feedback function on the portal, the Employee Experience Feedback drawer widget does allow you to customize your questions more easily (but isn't connected to Listening Posts).

I think I'm kind of wrong...the Experience Feedback Modal widget is visible but the questions aren't configurable. It would have to be customized.
