Hello All,

 

We have configured an integration between MS Teams and ServiceNow using a virtual agent chatbot. Now, when we click on the "Live Agent Support" topic, it should redirect to a new Teams chat window. This means the chat will be redirected to a particular group, such as "Support Team." Can anyone please help me on this.
