Live notification is not working in PDI

I am trying to create a mention notification(Provider notification) in PDI, so that it will come to the bell icon of the instance, but even i mention user in work note or comment, live notification table is not inserting any row and hence not triggering anything. Anyone is having any idea ?

Hi @Test97 ,

 

Can you confirm if you are using Core UI or next exp to test this, since Core UI is required to use Live Feed. As Live Feed is not supported in Next Experience.
