Hi @Darshana2,

The relationship between these three entities is as follows:

  • A Live Profile is linked to a sys User record. The Live Profile record contains a reference to the sys User record that represents the user in ServiceNow.

  • A sys User record can be a member of one or more Live Chat groups. Each Live Chat group contains a list of Live Group Member records that represent the users who are members of that group.

  • A Live Group Member record is linked to both the sys User record and the Live Profile record. It contains a reference to the sys User record that represents the user in ServiceNow and a reference to the Live Profile record that contains the user's information for the Live Chat module.
