Proactive Triggers in ServiceNow

hello,

I am currently in Utah version in my personal developer instance. I am trying to configure Proactive triggers and have set the property "com.glide.cs.advanced-chat-popover " to true. However in the conversational interface settings page, I am not able to see the Proactive trigger activation button.

Attached is the link I am trying to follow from the product documentation

https://docs.servicenow.com/de-DE/bundle/utah-servicenow-platform/page/administer/proactive-triggers...

Kindly let me know if there is any solution to this query.

Regards,

Dipanjan Saha

Hi @Dipanjan Saha ,

It's possible that the Proactive Triggers plugin is not activated in your instance. You can check if the plugin is activated by following these steps:

  1. Navigate to System Definition > Plugins.
  2. Search for "Proactive Triggers" in the search bar.
  3. Check if the plugin is activated or not.

If the plugin is not activated, you can activate it by clicking the Activate/Upgrade button next to the plugin name.

If the plugin is activated and you still can't see the Proactive Triggers activation button in the Conversational Interface Settings page, you may need to check if there are any other properties or configurations that need to be set up in order to enable Proactive Triggers. You can refer to the Proactive Triggers documentation for more information on the required configurations.

Hello,

Thank you for your help. Activation of plugin really solved my problem and i was able to configure the proactive trigger.

I wonder why it was not mentioned in the product documentation.
