I created a reference dropfown list to sys_user in record producer and I want the list to load the approvers on change where it will refer to another data table "Approval_Matrix" which contains approver userID, cost center and approval role (e.g. HOD). When the user clicks on the dropdown list, I want the list to retrieve the approvers with the matching cost center as the requester's cost center stored in sys_user as well as a predefined approver role required for the approval. May I know how can I do this? Your help will be greatly appreciated.
