Hi Team,
We are experiencing an issue with the Logik.io Cart UI when configuring a large number of products.
Scenario
- Added 1 Private Cage
- Added 1,000 Cabinets
- Each Cabinet contains 3 child products (AC Circuit, DC Circuit, Rectifier)
This results in a total of 4,002 line items:
- 1 Private Cage
- 1 Cage
- 1,000 Cabinets
- 3,000 Child Products
- Total = 4,002 line items
Observed Behavior
- The pricing engine successfully processes all 4,002 line items.
- All pricing rules (Location-Based Pricing, Attribute-Based Pricing, Ramp Pricing, NPV, etc.) execute successfully.
- The total cart price is correct, confirming that pricing has been calculated for every line item.
- However, the Logik Cart UI only displays approximately 125 line items.
- The remaining line items are not visible in the cart, although they exist and are included in the pricing calculations.
Expected Behavior
The Cart UI should display all configured line items, or provide a supported mechanism such as:
- Pagination
- Infinite scrolling
- Virtualized rendering
so that all configured products can be viewed.
Questions
- Is there a documented limit on the number of line items that the Logik Cart UI can display?
- Is the 125-line-item display limit expected behavior?
- Is there a configuration or feature flag that allows displaying all line items?
- Does the Cart UI intentionally truncate large product lists for performance reasons?
- Are there any recommended approaches for displaying configurations containing several thousand line items?
Could you please confirm whether this is an expected limitation of the Logik Cart UI or if additional configuration is required to display all line items?
Thank you.

Hi
Are you using this cart UI at Salesforce end or at Servicenow end.
If it is t Salesforce end, post your query in correct community forum.
If it is in Servicenow , can you share the screen shot.
