I need to be able to look up the email address of any user in the instance to send them an email.
What's the best approach? Default pill only shows local flow data.
How do I access user data to get the email addresses in a flow? Right now my only option is to type it in, which is not what I want.

You need to query the users record using Flow Action "Lookup Records" and loop through each user to send the email for each user. Please see the flow below.
