I am looking for end to end details on how to install a software on end user devices using Intune.
I couldnt find the any docs/community posts/blogs/Youtube videos describing the same clearly. Its incomplete or scattered.
If anyone has worked on this, can you please
1. Share the end to end flow details for Automatic software installation using Intune spokes?
2. Doest this process also mandatorily require CSD plugin (for software installation use case?)

Hi @Suggy Could you please elaborate your ask in details may be any use would really help? AFAIK, ServiceNow supports to pull the data from Intune and make the CMDB rich from the Intune data related to Mobile, Computers S/W and H/W information etc... when it comes to push the software from Intune, i think this you can directly do from Intune to your target devices, You do not need ServiceNow in between. Probably, you may have request in ServiceNow as Catalog item and then you can trigger your command to Intune and rest of the job will be done by Intune as orignally Intune will talk to your target end point and push as per your Intune system settings and actions.
Hope this helps!

@shubhamseth I want to use the Intune spokes for this. I want to know the process/flow details like how can we show the list of available software, which ones user can install (whitelisted) automatically without approval? like use a virtual agent or AI search etc and then create a request and install the software etc.
