Hi Community,
I know I’ve already posted about this, but this is my last hope to recover my original account and contributions.
Recently, I changed the email address linked to my ServiceNow Community profile. After this change, I noticed that my entire profile got reset — all my:
Accepted solutions
Helpful votes
Badges
Rank and contributions
have disappeared.
This isn’t just numbers — it’s the result of one full year of hard work helping others, learning, and growing in this amazing community. Losing all of it has been really discouraging.
It looks like either a new profile was created automatically, or my old one got unlinked.
Has anyone faced something similar? I’m reaching out again and tagging the Community Admins directly in the hope they can help resolve this and restore my original profile.

Hello @TejasSN_LogicX
To create case on ServiceNow University follow below steps:
1) As highlighted click on arrow button and then click on Help Center.
2) Now once you click a new page will be showcase and then click Create Case button as highlighted in below image.

Hello @TejasSN_LogicX
I also faced this issue where my all contribution was lost after email update was done. I created a case from now learning portal and over that case I got reply to drop email to web_support@servicenow.com and do mention entire process you did and with old email id and new email id and if possible screenshot of your rank on old profile and new profile. Then someone from there team will create a ticket and further they will take care it will take time so have patience in this process.
