LSD Notifications - EC: Adhoc Approval Reject Notification, EC: Adhoc Approval Approved Notification

Hi All,

Good Day!

In Legal service delivery module, two OOTB notifications "EC: Adhoc Approval Reject Notification", "EC: Adhoc Approval Approved Notification" are not getting triggered. I don't see the events used in these notifications are called in any business rule or in any flow. Please Help me to understand the trigger condition of these notifications. Thanks.

Please check 

- Is these notification are active true or not.

- Check the trigger conditions.

- Check the email script if any

- Are you trying in PDI? If yes, then emails will not work , as due to security constraint it has been blocked.
