Incident Lifecycle flow

Hi Team,

I am new to ServiceNow, I would like to generate a report in ServiceNow to know the extract the flow of life cycle for number of incidents (Approx. 100 - 200 at a single stretch). Can anyone please help me in providing the steps to be used to create a report to find the above-mentioned requirement.

Ex:

1) Open --> In Progress --> On Hold --> Resolved --> Closed

2) Open --> In Progress --> Resolved --. Closed

To understand and report whether the Incident has been driven as per the agreed lifecycle.

Thanks in advance!!

Regards,

A.R. Santhosh Kumar

Hi @santhoshbes

Not sure I understand your problem statement or not

but here are few points

1. create a report on Incident State Metric table, which help you to get the incident passed from state.
