mail not received and send

 In  my servicenow instance there is no email is sending and receiving.IT reflects in instance only not in mail. Though the mail setting is perfect it couldn't work

If this is a dev (dev***.service-now.com) instance it's because Email Send/Recieve in developer instances is disabled.

Hi,

 

Go to settings > notification preference and check the notification button is enabled .

Also check in user record notification is enabled or not.
