mails sent is struck in Inbox and in ready state not processes in DEV and Test instance why?

Inbound emails sent to test and Dev instances are not processed and it stays in inbox not moving to received module. Incident is also not created

Please explain why?

Please check the below

1. Check email properties whether email receiving enabled or not.

2. If enabled, check inbound action "Create Incident" is Active or not

3. Check if there are any filter conditions on inbound action "Create Incident"
