Hi everyone!
I need some help changing out the main Logo of my instance.
I understood that I can do this via two ways:
1. System Properties > System Configuration UI16
2. System Properties > My Company
My issue with 1 is that on upload of the image, this doesn't update on save, nor if I cahce.do on search bar to clear-out my cache.
My issue with 2 is that it gives me record not found.
I have been looking as well for the image of this logo in System UI > images but can't find it either, was thinking of replacing it manually.
What other options do I have?

I did these changes in morning in my PDi and it took 20 mins after number of time cache clearance. Also please check in system properties and check is any one deleted the property as record not found.

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly!
Well, I have been trying to do this since last Friday, ensuring to clear-out the cache systematically but to no effect. So I don't really think that's an option anymore, certainly something is broken but I don't know the mechanism behind it to fix this. As for the property in question, I suspect this has been the case ever since I got my hands on this instance in particular, I don't think anyone has deleted this intentionally (perhaps company name normalization plugin is at fault here).
So this leads me to seek for an alternative way of achieving the logo to update.
Is there any that you personally could think of?

- Try to add another image just for testing and see it works fine? if not

Found the issue.
This was not working because I was in scoped application... Only global will allow me to update it through UI16.
