Hello Team,
I am not able to Find the Major Incident Tab when the Major Incident State is Accepted or Promoted.
MIM Plugins are enabled and MIM is working as expected.
But only Problem is with the Major Incident Tab.

Hi @sayan-ghosh ,
The OOB UI policy which you have attached seems to be modified. Can you please the check the scripts section of the UI Policy once? In your UI policy under the scripts sections in the "Execute if true" script use the following code:
function onCondition() {
g_form.setSectionDisplay("major_incident", true);
}

Hi,
Yes, This is missing in my Application,
I need to create a new Tab Named as Major Incident.
Also Can you please share the OOB UI Policy (Hide Major Incident and Actions Taken when major incident state is empty) Screenshot

Hi @sayan-ghosh
It should not be missing. Before you build it, could you please check:
-
Try to propose an Incident and Major Incident.
-
Make sure it’s set to P1/P2 only (just for testing).

Go to Major Incident candidate in the application navigator.
-
Open that candidate and check if the tab is showing up.
Also, please give yourself the MI Manager role. Logout and log back in.
Lastly, repair or update the MI plugin.
