I'm wondering if anyone else has encountered trying to modify the automatically generated work note displayed on an incident when it is proposed as a major incident via a trigger rule?
Currently, I have several trigger rules configured and working correctly. The 1 issue is that when being proposed to a major incident, the incident will say the author of the auto work note is whichever user made the change to the incident that activated the trigger rule. I'd like to change the author to just say "system" or "system administrator," but I don't see any options to configure this part of it.
