Major Incident - unable to add priority field on form

Hi,

 

How do we add Impact,Urgency and Priority to Major Incidents form?  I am trying to add via "Form Layout" but no luck
and all three are visible in list view

 

Please help!

Hi,

Are you in the right scope? You won't be able to amend a form that is within a scoped application if you're in global.

 

Also, if you're having an issue, it's best to include the "why". Saying "no luck" or "doesn't work" makes it harder to provide you with a solution. Perhaps share a screenshot of what you're seeing ?

Yes I am in scoped application and I am trying add these fields being in scoped application.

As advised, attach a screenshot of your ServiceNow window so we can assist with what issue you might be having
