Hello everybody!
We are integrating MS Teams and ServiceNow to be able to start conference calls from Major incident Workbench. We had the configuration to let us select two different Conference Bridges and it works in San Diego:
Las week we upgraded a test instance from San Diego to Utah and applied the same configuration we had for MS Teams, but the "Conference Bridge" is not editable.
Does anybody know if we need an extra step in the setup to make enable that dropdown in Utah?

The Provider Selector record for Microsoft Teams MUST have a Provider Selector Choice record created
