Major Incident Workbench - Collaborative Communication Task - Inactive Participants

When initiating a Collaborative Communication Task on the Major Incident Workbench for Zoom; even when participants join the call the workbench still displays the participant as being inactive.

Has anyone else experienced similar or direct me to possible causes?

Issue was a customization in NotifyZoomConferenceDriver OOB script include.
