Major Incident Workbench - How to hide "Create", "Add", and "Manage" actions in Child Incidents sect

Hi Community,
I'm working with the Major Incident Workbench and would like to hide/remove the Create, Add, and Manage options from the Child Incidents section.
I've already traced the navigation to the View Workbench UI Action, which redirects to:
" $major_incident_workbench.do "
However, I have not been able to determine where the Create, Add, and Manage actions are configured.

that UI page comes from platform and we as admins don't have access to it

So you can't manipulate that page and your requirement is not feasible
