Make a dashboard default in user screen

Hi Team,

 

I am looking for feasibility to make a particular dashboard default to all users and if they change dashboard and login again back, I wanted the same default dashboard to be visible. Please help me in achieving the same, I have tried user preference (using Last:"") code but did not effectively work.
