Make a field value clickable on a multi line text field

hi all,

I have a requirement in which I need to see a preview or open the record of the selected roles field by clicking the field value

Here I need to click each selected role to see the preview of the record. How can this be achieved? It is a multi line text field. I can change this field type to list collector or something else to make it work.

why user wants to preview the record by clicking the link?

Hi @Ankur Bawiskar thanks for your reply. It is a catalog form. User wants to see the preview of the selected role to see what are all the users having that particular role. It is for making a better UI enhancement
