Make Guided Tour mandatory for the first time logged in user

Hi All,

 

Need suggestion on one of the use case, that need to make the guided tours mandatory for the first time logged in users. 

I explored to auto launch but need to make it mandatory for the first time.

 

Any suggestions are really helpful.

Hi @tippireddip ,

 

One approach can be to have a flag field to see if this is first time login or not. If this flag is true means 1st time login then Auto launch tour else not. Please check this article - https://www.servicenow.com/community/developer-forum/can-we-auto-launch-a-guided-tour/td-p/2704629
