Make Proposal screen to make Standard Request template readonly

Hi, 

I need help on how to make the proposal screen readonly (change request values) and remove the 'X' delete buttons. We want users to be able to propose a template but not be able to edit it as they will be making it from a selected Change request as is, not from scratch. Everything is completed so need to edit it.

I did look at those properties none seem to control behavior of the proposal screen.

Hi @Mark Gardner 

That is not possible as per my experience, as the proposal is not the same as we have form in SN. This issue can be solved by educating users only.
