Make re-open the chance_request record when state is closed

I have to make reopen the change request record when state is closed.

The change request record state closed to all other states how can I achive this?

can any one help me on this query

Hi @harivas ,

if the case if to avoid accidental closure.. then you can launch a pop up that asks for conformation 'do you want to close this change ?' with YES/NO option...

This is providing a additional protection on accidental close. 

So when close change is clicked it will launch a pop up for conformation...

Thanks for update. accidental case, will be rare 1-2 or if more, then better to add a pop up message as suggested by @Sohail Khilji and it is more on education side.
