Make variable mandatory on catalog task

Hi everyone!

I'm trying to make a variable mandatory on a particular catalog task with catalog ui policies but it doesn't work...

The variable is only visible but not mandatory...

Is there any problem with 'catalog ui policies'??? Is there another way to make it?

Ok...It seems to be some kind of servicenow error. I could make the variable mandatory setting ui policy action mandatory as FALSE and not as true.

Yes and I deactived them but anyway it's not working...

Any ui plicy on the form (not catalog item) that maybe conflicting.

Make the Variable Read only as false.
