Hi there,
I created a report as an admin and published it(Role - public). But when Im trying to impersonate as an ITIL user I'm not able to see the report. Please help as I need to create multiple reports and make them global/public.

You cannot see the settings below? Make sure you have the permissions too (if you are not admin) by having report_global
Worse comes to worst, go to Report > Administration > All. Find your report, make sure it is set to GLOBAL without any roles set.

Do not add the role "public". Just choose the radio button "Everyone".
