Making the question in survey designer read-only

I have a requirement where I have some predefined questions, the first question will be something like "employee id" in survey designer page. And I don't want user to change that question. So, I want to make that question read only. Is it feasible to do that in survey designer page?

It’s a designer, so the user has the flexibility to make changes. What you’re looking for, however, isn’t possible.
