Making Variables on variable editor readonly in service operations workspace

Hi Team,
If varaibles on RITM?SCTASK variable editor is read only then it should be the same in service operations right?
Are do you we need to configure something for this?
Please let me know if you have this kind of scenario and found the solution.

did you check how it's made readonly on native?
any client script etc is running in native and it's not running in workspace?

Yeah actually one client script UI type is set as Desktop and changed to all and it worked.
