Mandatory 'Business impact' field when Proposing Major Incident in SOW

We have a requirement to make 'Business impact' field mandatory when Proposing and promoting Major Incident. We did it in native view by updating the UI Pages. We are not able to do it in SOW as we don't have much experience in UI Builder. We are not sure how this can be achieved.

Hi @shwetha28 It's like a popup on the SOW, which is different from the native view. You need to find the code for this popup on the SOW and then make the changes accordingly

I found a macrocomponent used for propose major incident. It is read only OOB. Can you help me navigate to this popup from ui builder?

Are you in the correct scope? That might be the reason it's not showing as editable. If it's read-only in OOTB, I believe it will behave the same in the UI Builder as well. Please share the macro component name and its path.
