When we mention someone in Additional comments/Worknotes of the demand, user is not receiving email. Kindly help

Hi @user_lm ,
-Email notification will trigger if the "Save" button is used (instead of the "Post comments" or "Post work notes (private)" buttons in the activity stream) and also check user users does not have permissions to view the record and additional comments of that record.
