Hi

How to add categories in MENU on ServiceNow portal..i have created a menu item which is called suppliers in that i need to create 4 categories 1.testA .2,testB .3 testC 4 testD in that menu how to create that can anyone suggest how to achieve this sharing screen shot

I have added screen shots. Please try this. I am not sure this is the correct requirement. I have added mentioned category under suppliers.
