Meta Keyword is not working for catalog item

I have few meta keywords added for a catalog item. Only one of the keyword is not returning catalog item in service portal. All other keywords are working fine. Any suggestions?

It does not have any character. It is just word 'service'

Tough to say the reason, Might be an update keyword with s at the end.
