How to extract all the applications, pages where user criteria is used?

How can we figure out ALL the places where a particular user criteria is used? For eg, a particular user criteria that is defined on my instance is used to restrict views to KB, certain pages in a portal etc. I want to know if there is a way to list out all such use of the said user criteria?
