We enabled Directory Sync's Microsoft AD Integration. The primary purpose is to sync the Azure AD groups, members and the membership. The job "Microsoft Azure AD - Download Group Memberships" is taking more than 2 days to complete. We have more than 72,000 groups.
When I investigated, I noticed that, when the membership job executes, it set all the members as false and then loop through each Group and pull the data from Azure. If the job is not completed for 2 days, the data is not up to date.
Any suggestion?

Is this some sort of custom integration or leveraging an OOB capability? If so, can you link to what documentation you followed? ServiceNow and Entra (previously Azure AD) have a few different ways of integrating depending on the level of data required.

Hi
We had 3 Jobs for Directory Sync in the past and it took also ages. When I realized that it was no longer working after the Xandu upgrade, I decided to set this up from scratch and it now only creates the jobs "Microsoft Azure AD - Download Users" + "Microsoft Azure AD - Download Groups". When looking in the Groups, I can see the Users and the Child Groups! The run time of the job also decreased a lot, so for us, it completes in 14 Minutes for 2800 Groups.
Cheers
