"Microsoft Teams Graph spoke" action in flow designer is not posting the incident details in MS teams channel, even after giving the correct Team id and channel id.
Did you figure this out? I am having a similar issue. I am running in Global as a system user, but I get the following error "Unable to load connection with alias ID". Other teams functions work in our PROD environment.
