We are looking for integration between Microsoft Viva Connections card and ServiceNow.
The requirement is like, users can either report an new ServiceNow Incident or check on the status of their opened ServiceNow Incident via a MS Viva Connections card.
Is this can be achievable without using an 'Employee Center for Microsoft Viva Connections' plugin?
