Hope you are doing well.
ServiceNow has introduced a new monitor thread runs in the MID Server to clean up old files as described in below link.
Files and empty folders within the following folders may be deleted by this MID File Cleaner. Files last accessed more than 30 days ago are deleted.
Could someone please let me know if we can customize this monitoring thread by any chance so that it runs based on specified data/time and deletes files last accessed more than 3 days ago?
