MID Server downloaded on Windows: intaller.bat file missing

MID Server download on Windows: intaller.bat file missing

In my development instance, when I downloaded MID Server for Windows, the installer.bat file missing

from mid.rome-06-23-2021__patch1-hotfix1-09-15-2021_09-16-2021_1434.windows.x86-64.zip

Steps:
1) Go to servicenow dev instance where the plugin for Discovery is installed
2) MID Server --> Downloads
3) Check box Download MID Server as ZIP archive
4) Select and download Windows (ZIP) 64 bits
5) On Windows, Extract All the file was dowloaded: mid.rome-06-23-2021__patch1-hotfix1-09-15-2021_09-16-2021_1434.windows.x86-64.zip
6) Look under folder agent.
7) The file "installer.bat" is not there

How can i get this file ?

The installer isn't compatible with the rome version, if you want the installer.bat, you'll need to download a Quebec MID .zip mid.quebec-12-09-2020__patch7-hotfix2b
